Yo! I’m JB. I’ve been into human movement for as long as I can remember. It started with ninja cartoons when I was a kid, which got me into martial arts at six—and I never really stopped.

These days, I still train, still learn, and still watch ninja cartoons. I’ve competed as an amateur MMA fighter and spend most of my time exploring how the body moves, adapts, and performs.

That love for movement eventually turned into something else: helping people feel stronger, move better, and build healthy habits. Whether you’re looking to train hard, stay out of pain, or just move more—I’ve got you!
